Our adult group fitness classes are available to individuals ages 18+ with memberships, and encompass a crossfit-style approach to target both fitness and strength gains. Classes are designed for individuals looking for fun, full-body circuit and HIIT training workouts.

We offer the highest quality coaching to support our primary goal of keeping clients physically and mentally healthy. Our adult group fitness classes include form correction to ensure injury-free workouts, engaging competition, and a positive environment.

With each class, you can expect to be pushed to reach your fitness goals while preventing injuries throughout the process.

Group Fitness Cost:

10 Class Punch Pass: $180

Drop-In: $30

Maybe group classes aren’t your “thing” – or maybe you want some additional focus before or after your group class.
We offer private training for adults looking for a little extra training. We’ll help you reach your fitness goals, whether it’s getting strong enough to do unassisted pull-ups, gaining endurance for a race, or overcoming an injury or other hurdle.

We’re here for your fitness journey, whatever it looks like, and our private training options help you get there.

Meet the Coach

Group fitness classes are run by Coach Jennifer Tedford from Some Like It Fit, and are held weekly at our facility. Classes are 60 minutes and expertly designed to improve strength, cardio, and core while helping you look, feel and move at your best.
