Youth Group Training
Get your child involved in a group training atmosphere focused on the fundamentals of movement in a highly physical, energy-positive environment.
Youth training groups are open to kids ages 8-12 and can include up to 15 kids (minimum 4). There is no requirement for your child to be playing or participating in a sport.
Youth group training includes:
- Fundamentals of strength & conditioning
- Speed & agility work
- Components of cognitive development
- Fun!

Sport-Specific Academies
Does your child love a certain sport? Are they motivated to improve their skills and explore different ways to excel in their sport? Our Academies are available to athletes aged 8-12 and are designed to provide in-depth training through a focused approach.
Kids are coached in a group environment with a R3VAMP trainer who has professional experience and specialized knowledge in their sport.
We offer Academies for:
- Baseball
- Hockey
- Football
- Soccer
Private & Semi-Private Training
We offer one-on-one and small group training for individuals starting at age 8.
This type of training is ideal for individuals who want to excel in a specific athletic area and work closely with their trainer on honing certain skills, hitting targeted goals, and improving over time.
Private and semi-private training includes:
- Improving response and reaction time
- Harnessing explosive power, speed, and strength
- Improved focus
- Unlocking peak athletic performance

Our private and semi-private training gives athletes the tools to excel in their sport. Choose a customized, one-on-one athletic performance program, or become a better athlete by working in a small group with other athletes.
